some constructive thoughts: when I arrived was not acknowledged by either gentlemen at the computers,it was my first time there. Had my car for two days and not all work was done. When I picked up my car I was given the incorrect directions where to find my car. Walked around parking lot for about 5 minutes before I located it. Drove over to the used car lot and told Rey what happened and said to bring it back on Wednesday and he will take it over! He was not happy!
