make the express service actually be an express svice. 3 hours to fix a tire and do an oil change is absurd. i was quoted an hour an a half. totally unacceptable
Worst place to go to. I went there for 2 problems and they came up with 5 problems and none of them had anything to do with the reason why I brought my car there. Customer service rep don't know what she is doing and never returned my phone called and Dave also didn't returned them either. Just poor customer service 😥. You better not go there and just run. There better Hyundai service around.

RecommendedService is always excellent with addressing recalls - Express service is also excellent when they installed my tires, but they forgot to put my valve caps back on. In all, I definitely recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai!
I always enjoy my visit to the Express Service the guys over there do a GREAT JOB, they explain things very well and I will continue to Own a Hyundai because the cars are Great and The Service is even BETTER!
