I was hospitalized from 10/15 through 11/9. I was told by a caseworker that I would be going to an inpatient facility in PA, ie: Reading or Philadelphia, twice only to be carted away in my scrubs, no money, no phone, no ID, nothing, to a facility in New Castle, DE where I was left to rot for 9 days. LVHN never informed my family of the transfer which led them to panic as I was missing for 23 hours with no information from the hospital whatsoever. Went to the ER for severe abdominal pain. Was admitted because I was not able to eat. They were going to monitor my intake by mouth and manage my pain. Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy, several biopsy were taken, but so far no results. Pain management was a joke once admitted, waited an hour or two to get Tylenol, yes that right over the counter meds. 2 mg of morphine was started also, but nothing when I was released. No one looked at my food intakes or my stool. Which I was instructed to monitor.Food is outrageous, they left... read more
