I can not thank the Lehigh Valley ER staff enough for their professionalism . Dr Mann , Dr Schoenfeldt , RN'S Brian , Alex and Rachel acted quickly and professionally when i walked in with my fiancé . He was having weakness in both arms and chest pressure . They stabilized him enough to be transferred to Cedar Crest , Allentown . If it wasn't for the staffs quick n great medical attention Joe's situation with his heart could have ended badly ! Went in the hospital at 6pm 8-22 and finally left At 8am 8-23. It took forever for no dam reason. It took HOURS to clean beds, Explain that one. The waiting room was NASTY, stains on the floors and it smelt horrible. We had to take the pull out chances because there was no room to even sit at some points.

This has been my worst experience. Not with the hospital but with the doctor. I normally have a family doctor but he disappeared. I've been having weird pains all over my body and this time it was an all time high. After waiting for hours I go in and the lady tells me this is the ER and it's for emergencies. Go see your family doctor because this isn't one. Then she said they can take X-rays. I kindly walked right out of there.

Took my daughter to the ER for a potential broken arm, they took us right back and had us in and out in 2 hours. The Drs and Nurses were all very kind, knowledgeable and efficent.
Its a nice hospital, everyone was wonderful but this one . So if u get a chick name Felicia. Just immediately say BYE Felicia... She is nasty and rude. But everyone else Wonderful
