A friend had a baby earlier this week at the Pottsville hospital - she had a c-section - she was staying with her parents in hazleton. Today her parents rushed her to the hazleton facility because her belly opened and she is bleeding .... She arrived at the ER and even after being told what the problem was --- they told her to have a seat and the wait time was two hours ..... TWO HOURS - TWO HOURS .... I can't be thankful enough for the children's ER nurses and the doctors that took care of my 13 year old son and also the wonderful nurses that took care of him on the peds floor in the hospital. I don't think we would of been able to get the problem solved with out there services. I have to say they make you and your child feel like home when you are a patient.
The Best !!! Understanding and compassionate. Could not ask for Better care. The staff is also Amazing. Peace of mind knowing if I have a health issue I will get the very best care.
The wait was not too bad, staff was very thorough and kind. I sooo Appreciated their wonderful care!
