Take the time to listen to patients instead of jumping to the easiest conclusion, make that stupid patient portal do more than replace staff, keep track of your patients as long as you’re so hi tech, stop with the pestering emails about unimportant things while ignoring the important ones. I hope you’re not going to ask for donations to your favorite doctor again this year, like you don’t charge enough already?
