Recently was there giving birth to my third child and had the worst experience ever. I was not seen by a doctor after I gave birth until my husband finally complained because I was in need of medical attention. They never filled out my son’s souvenir birth certificate, never sent out my son’s information to get a birth certificate. It was by far the worst treatment a woman could be given after giving birth.

RecommendedQuality care. The staff in the Cardiac Care units were always helpful, concerned and caring.
RecommendedDr. Chang is a wonderful asset to the network. My Aunt had her left upper lobe of her lung removed by Dr. Chang today through the robotics surgery. I was able to receive updates on her through the Ease App, which was wonderful and I appreciated the communication. The PACU nurse was awesome! The nurses on 3k are wonderful! Dr. Chang came back through in the evening with residents and really explained things to them and showed them the way that works best for him with his experience. Worst hospital ever! Great at taking advantage of your patients and their insurance though! I really wonder how much in lawsuits a year you pay? Because the way your staff treats people, the way they don’t communicate, and the way they do things is disgusting! Lots of work to be done for being one of the biggest local hospitals
