I had an unexpected surgery yesterday. Recently I switched from St Lukes to Lehigh Valley and have received a whole other level of service. Everyone from the ultrasound tech to the obgyn and surgeons even the nurses were amazing. Everyone took their time to make me comfortable and explain every detail of what to expect. I feel very confident in my switch from networks. My experience was great.
Spent the day at SPU...have to commend the staff ... what a great team of nurse's...very professional, prompt,and above all caring.

I had Same Day Surgery. It went well. Dr. Lieberman was good and a very pleasant bedside manner. The nursing staff was very nice. They didn't like the idea that I had the anesthetist start my IV. Last time I had surgery there I had to get stuck 5 times because the nursing didn't want me to have an anesthetist to start it but he had to anyway. He had to go through my wrist which is very painful. I'm a very hard stick due to my health issues so this time I stuck to my guns and would not let them do it's. He came in and it was ... read more

People just don't get. There are several reasons why you might have to wait to get treated. If there is a trauma patient or a heart patient etc they are getting treated 1st. Some of these cases need a team of nurses and dr. So glad they got my father in a helicopter and was in Allentown LHV in 17 min. this is impressive. Sorry you had to wait for your hurt finger or stomach bug that could have been treated at Urgent Care. I think some of you need to work on the other side of the desk.
