They took excellent care of my daughter and new grandbaby. Hospital is big and nice. Cafe food pretty good too
Came in with my son who is 9 at about 11 pm last night and after testing him for strep (neg), flu (pos), a breathing treatment we got home at about 2:30 am which isn't bad at all considering the last 2 times I was there we waited SIX hours before signing out. The nursing staff was pleasant and our PA covered all the bases. Word of advice, call before you go. I called and asked if it was packed, she told me it wasn't and when I got there, there were only 2 other people in the waiting room. Overall pleased

People just don't get. There are several reasons why you might have to wait to get treated. If there is a trauma patient or a heart patient etc they are getting treated 1st. Some of these cases need a team of nurses and dr. So glad they got my father in a helicopter and was in Allentown LHV in 17 min. this is impressive. Sorry you had to wait for your hurt finger or stomach bug that could have been treated at Urgent Care. I think some of you need to work on the other side of the desk.
