I would like to thank everyone from all my entire heart on the heart ICU floor for being the best of the best & saving my mother's life last Tuesday! I am forever grateful. Also we had amazing nurses & aids when she was moved to the K building 6th floor room 10! Anna that is the floating nurse & Iilyissa I believe that's her name esp bc they treated my mother as if she was there own and amazing at there jobs. I was there for pre admission testing have surgery next Thursday's and will be admitted for 5 days. Having lung surgery scared but have trust in my Dr there.

The ER is torture. I had a pain level higher than 10 and I had to sit in the ER waiting room for over 2 hours before being taken back to be checked. Impatient is great but he ER is absolutely horrible!

My daughter just gave birth after 30 hours of labor there 8/8 & 8/9 My daughter and her fiancée had a birthing plan. It was set. There was an Absolutely awesome nurse on the 11pm-7am shift in labor and delivery by the name of Gabriella A. Haviland (8/9) and she helped my daughter ALOT the whole shift..she was a GODSEND!! However...when shift ended, a pushy ass nurse by the name of Sandra Pereira came on ...and she was AWFUL!! She should NOT be there AT ALL!
