I was calling to try to check on my mother and when they transferred me to the er the lady pick up the phone then hung up then when I called back she want to back talk me then giving me a attitude while I’m just trying to check on my mother and the wait here always take forever they can be empty and still you gonna need to wait a hour or longer for a nurse to talk to you once you get a room
The nurse who take me back last night at E.R was rude ... and I misdiagnosed twice . I got called from gastrologist they said I have a pocket but then gastrologist called back saying I dont n Im at point where im changed providers bc they hired people who dont know what they diagnosed me with and doesn't clearly like their jobs . Nurse who be taken care of me Anna was very nice and and doctor I forgot his name but he was great.
