I’ve been to this ER twice, and while not all the staff are bad, the experience has been terrible. The first time was in May, when I had a stroke and they completely missed it. If it weren’t for an MRI scan I had scheduled the day after, I could have died, as that scan led to my diagnosis of Takayasu’s Vasculitis, the rare illness that caused my stroke. Waiting room is open to the everyone. They ask you your name and date of birth in front of everyone which to me is a HIPPA violation. They ask you the reason why you’re there in front of everyone as well. The sitting arrangement is horrid. As if you’re sitting in a hallway waiting to be called in. The wait times are ridiculous as well. Staff members aren’t very friendly, specially the ones checking you in. My first time coming here due to my insurance being part of their network over St.Lukes. Was undermined and treated like a junky. The nurses were loud, discussing other patients loudly, gossiping, and the doctor wasnt much better. 16 gauge needle in my arm. Ridiculous.

My elderly mother shares her phone location with me. 06/13/24 her phone was reported off at this locations address. I couldn't get a hold of her hours. I called the ER to inquire and they immediately told me she wasn't ever there. They connected me to another employee and she without hesitation confirmed the same. Hours went by. I'm ready to call the police right after I check my mom's location one more time. Her phone just turned on. She just left the ER and was sitting in the parking lot! I'm so upset with this place.
