Truly disappointed and disgusted with the er staff who was responsible for the care of my 10 month old. The staff who was there around 3-5 extremely rude! I was extremely overwhelmed with my child situation and they made me feel 1000 times worse, asking me question that had nothing to do with what’s going on with my child, I would NEVER come back again. Doctor and nurses were ignoring me and murmuring about me , they all are unprofessional.
Dangerous medical neglect, cruel staff gossip, and total lack of compassion. If you are autistic, have a complex medical history, or are experiencing a real emergency, AVOID the LVHN Muhlenberg ER. I arrived at the LVHN ER early in the morning, (around 6am) in the middle of a terrifying, full-body anaphylactic reaction to a new allergy. I’ve been here twice the last 5 years and both times have been great. Once was like at midnight and the night shift was incredible. The second time being now during the day and everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back are in high spirits and seemed to actually care.
