I have been going here for years and I’m honestly a little pissed off at the entitlement in these reviews and people actually angry when the provider goes above and beyond to make sure they had another appointment set up just in case and they really saw it as an inconvenience and “review worthy”. I have never had issues with this office on 17th street. My team has went above and beyond and my normal doctor has even put a bandage on my daughter’s knee while we were there for me. DO NOT go to Valley Health Partners Vision Center. I gave them multiple chances, but after this last experience, I’m done. I’ve tried to be understanding, especially since I work in healthcare myself. But this place is completely disorganized. This place is ridiculous. Go somewhere else where doctors actually care about their patients. My appointment has been cancelled twice already and it was a problem visit. God forbid I have a real problem that needs immediate attention I’m blaming you guys, every doctor seems to call in sick and cancel your appointment the day of. Not only that you have to call back and schedule it because no one’s going to care about it once it’s cancelled again… and again.
