I went for an oil change thought it was a deceptive practice when they came out and showed me 2 filters that they lead me to believe were from my car and recommended changing I soon discovered the same two filters being shown to another customer and again watched as these filters were placed at an associates desk probably to be used deceptively again and again. I have always trusted this dealership but when I told a friend about their it was suggested I go to another place to get oil changes.
It was great! No waiting time. Went to the Express Service bay for an oil change and I was out quickly.
I feel that 2 1/2 hours is an excessive amount of time to have to wait for a routine state inspection for my vehicle. Considering that I had an appointment and showed up on time, I feel that this is very disrespectful to your customers.
Shaheed was an amazing salesman very helpful and informative. I would recommend him to everyone. Ms.Peace
LV Honda worked with me to warranty a minimally used tire with road damage even though it was 5 days over the 2 year warranty. It was the right thing going to do... they did it... and it is very much appreciated. I’ll be back.
