I had an appointment for my annual inspection (Honda Fit) on November 9th, 2020. I’ve been bringing my Fit to LV Honda for service since I bought the car over 11 years ago. I went to this luring used car dealership today the car they told me to come down for a test drive. Thursday evening I called made an appointment for Saturday at there request. There sales person was going to call me back on Friday to check what time my wife and I would arrive,he never called. Took our 2018 CRV in for service at a scheduled 8:00 am “appointment.” Was told it would take a half day for diagnostics. Called at noon, and was told that walk in customers receive preference and that my vehicle had not even been into the building yet. Then was told that my car may or may not be ready today.
