Was told I was scheduled for my MRI at 5 by central scheduling and I was to arrive at least 20 mins early. I took off of work and checked in at 4:23. I did not get MRI until about 5:45 because apparently my appt was actually for 5:30, even though the scheduling department told me it was at 5. I was told central scheduling sometimes gives you earlier time to ensure timely arrival. This is poor practice as my time is just as valuable as yours. Had some minor back surgery and was handled with care, compassion and professionalism.
I took my wife here for an appointment. They were all nice and she got called back for her appointment on time. Checkout was just as prompt.
