Me and my mom came in because my mom could barely walk since she had a spur in her heel. Everything was great, doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall everything went great. When we wanted to check out and leave we had a couple questions. So when we were at the desk to check out we asked Nancy a few questions. Nancy kept getting less and less professional. The absolute worst location for a drug assessment check. I arrived after a 25-minute drive, came inside, and was asked to leave because I was carrying a 5-month-old baby. I explained the circumstances, informed them that this was my only day off, that my job depended on it, and that I had no one to leave my son with. I also reminded them that nowhere on their website was it stated that I couldn't bring my infant son with me. I called another LHVH facility that was 10 minutes away and explained the situation to them after I w... read more
