Used them for the first time this summer having seen the glowing recommendations elsewhere. My kids had a good experience no complaints in fact lots of nice things to say. Educational field trips at no additional cost. As a parent I have no issues, everything was well-run, clean, and organized, also there was good communication. I intend to use them again in the future.
My daughter been here since she was a year old, and she’s 3 years old now. It can have some ups and downs but they are parents too, they know how to deal with these kids, they have to discipline them love them and teach them sometimes is harder than anyone thinks. Lisa helped me through the process and getting into ITCS which has helped my daughter and I tremendously. Child care providers Kelly, and Rebecca in ITCS have done wonders showing care and love towards my daughter while also juggling 8 other children! As a single parent, i have nothing but gratitude for this place!
