My family has been going to the practice for 10 years and the Doctors and staff are always professional and extremely knowledgable on every aspect of dentistry and health in general. Dr. Mahalakis has taken her own time with me to explain a specific procedure that I was very concerned about. She went over and above what most dentists would do.
I LOVE going to the dentist....seriously! Every single person on staff is kind, helpful, competent and HAPPY to be there! It is a joyful office but most importantly, a top notch group of professionals! I trust them implicitly with my dental care and can't imagine a better place to receive it!
Coming for a check up is more like seeing friends you haven't seen in a while. They are very professional yet personable. They make you feel comfortable at the dentist. (not that you would use this-- I just wanted to express how thoughtful one of your girls in the office was) I had to laugh ...but was truly impressed with one of the girls. As an elderly woman was brought out to the waiting room after her visit, she was asked if she was ok and if she had any pain. The staff is the best I ever came across. Dr. Kosteva is one of the best Dentist I every had and I had a lot of them in the pass. The office is clean and the dental rooms are keep perfect. When you leave you feel as if everything was done right.
This office is one of the most pleasant offices I've been in.Everyone is pleasant and everything is explained well ,they take time with the patient and have very updated equipment.I'm so very pleased to be one of their patients.Carolyn
