Your office is just right! The atmosphere is professional but relaxed; Cindy always does such a great job cleaning my teeth; she is thorough and gentle; and has a great personality; I love Dr. Mihalikus! My only suggestion is, and I don't know if it's possible, but in nasty weather if clients could use the back door it would be appreciated...I don't mind personally, but I always think about it when it's raining or snowy; that it might be difficult for some people to go around to the front...
Cindi is great brought me right back and everyone is very friendly and gives me the time that I need when I am there
Dr Kosteva and Paige are a dynamic duo. I had to have an old filling removed and replaced with a new one. I was in and out of the chair in 40 minutes. REMARKABLE! Dr. Kosteva explained the whole procedure while it was taking place, which helped put my fears to rest. Cindy, who is at the front desk, greets patients, answers phones, makes appointments, submits claims to insurance companies. Cindy is a jack of all trades. She is irreplaceable.

The office is always clean, the the staff members are very nice, the entire staff makes you feel at home. I always feel relaxed at the dental office.( figure that out, ha ha)
I'm very pleased with the services provided at the offices of Dr. Kosteva and Dr. Mihalakis. I feel that my dental health is very important to them. They provide me with a thorough understanding of the necessary procedures and perform them with care and efficiency. I also like the friendliness that they share with everyone.
