As you see I gave them a 1 star but it should be a negative 5. It would take half an hour to at least an hour to get someone to put her on a bed pan she had to go so bad one time that I put her on the bed pan. She even learned how to put a diaper on by herself so as not to lay in a mess till she had somebody come in to change the sheets. They have too many patients and not enough staff the state should change their rating scale because this is not right but most of the time people are put there and forgotten with no one to f... read more
