The facility is clean. The grounds are beautiful & relaxing. The nurses treat my husband well. They are professional, knowledgeable & I am comforted how well they take care of my husband. A big shout of thanks to Woody, Kim, & every care givers on the 1st floor. THANKS! P.s. the quality of the food served has declined. It used to be so much better. Please consider a new head cook or different/better food service. Sincerely, LS
We were very pleased with the facility. Staff was helpful and cordial. It’s just a shame that my friend had to be transported to the emergency room for nothing related to his care or care team.
The whole staff & the residents in Complete Care at Macungie have been absolutely wonderful to my brother Paul for many years! They are truly like a big loving family & I'm so grateful that my brother Carl found them. God bless them all! Thanks be to God for them. 🙏🏻♥️🌹
