Staff is pleasant
I was told the facility was understaffed. We pressed the buzzer for assistance for my father. Nobody came. After waiting for over 15 minutes, his roommate - a wheelchair - took the liberty to find someone to help us. Unacceptable.
I’ve had multiple bouts of illness since starting grad school at Lehigh University, and every time, the Health & Wellness Center has been incredibly supportive. The staff has always treated me with kindness and care, making sure I felt heard and taken care of. I especially want to thank Kathleen — her compassion, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference during some tough moments. I’m really grateful for the level of care I’ve received here ❤️
