Since this was my first visit to the Family Dental Station, this will be short. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Ivy scheduled my first appointment and explained their 1-866 discount program which seems to be well worth the small annual payment. The wait was short and Eric, a dental tech, met me and took the series of many xrays required, explaining the whole process as he went. He was able to answer many of my questions easily. After calling around to more than 15 offices trying to find a good family dentist I'm glad I decided to go here. The office staff was very nice, the assistant was phenomenal with my 4 year old daughter, explained everything very clearly to her in a way she could understand. Dr. Arthur's was so pleasant with excellent bedside manor. He happened to be standing up front when we walked in and immediately started a conversation with my daughter and showed her their kids play room. So far so good going for procedure on the Thursday
My four year old son loves playing in the kid area and was totally comfortable getting his exam today. No tears and the technician made him feel very comfortable and even made it fun.

Enjoy my visit and I'm not one who looks forward to seeing the dentist. Everyone was so nice and made me feel right at home. A place I would want to work at. Plus this was on a Saturday. Who's nice when they have to work on a weekend, they are.

I switched the rest of my family to FDS today. My 8 year old was afraid to go because of a bad experience at another dentist. Shortly after we got there she was instantly relieved and had a pleasant experience. After we came home and were watching a movie my 4 year said, "I want to go back to the dentist right now". Thank you FDS for treating my family so well and for teaching my kids that going to the dentist is a good thing. I would definitely recommend the whole staff for any patient of any age.
