My husband, two boys, and I have been going to Family Dental Station for over 8 years. We absolutely love it. The staff is friendly. The music is great! My boys love the play room for the kids. Dr. Ryan Arthur is super friendly, very personable, and truly cares about his patients...not just their teeth, but about their life. I had an urgent tooth issue this morning that ended up being an inevitable loss of a toorh. Dr Arthurs and the entire staff were so supportive, understanding, and made sure I was comfortable during and after the procedure. Dr. Arthurs thoroughly explained my options, and patiently addressed my questions. I felt confident in my decision. As a Christian, I especially was grateful for their choice of Christian music. Been trusting our teeth to Dr. Ryan for years now. Always a pleasant group of people to interact with and they seem genuinely concerned with taking care of us and making us feel comfortable. Everyone is always very patient with our 5 year old as well.

We couldn't have had a better experience today at the very first visit to the dentist ever for my two boys. The staff were A-MAZING and everything was family friendly! They loved the playroom (great idea to have it separate from the waiting room) the staff made the visit so fun the boys didn't want to leave! Plus, affordable!! I will be raving about this place!

The experience with the staff was very pleasant although I was not happy to wait half an hour past my appointment. I got to the office half an hour before my appointment and no one ever took the time to tell me the hygienist was running late. Letting me know while I was waiting would have been the professional thing to do. I wonder if I had been the one 30 minutes late if you would have let me keep my appointment or made me reschedule. I just don't think it is equally fair to the patient. My time is important too,

It was my first visit to the FDS and having only been treated at the Sun City West location i was shocked by the location on Bell Road. What a beautiful and awesome experience!!! The Station is impressive, modern, high tech, friendly, clean, and staffed by some of the nicest people I have ever met. Even though I was there to endure PAIN, they put a smile on my aching face and treated me with smiled, hugs and professional career. Kudos to everyone at FDS!!! Thanks for helping me feel better.
