Kay is wonderful at making me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She takes time to make sure I understand the procedure(s) and follow-up care. She is very friendly and I just love her!
I was very pleased with my total experience. The staff was congenial and friendly. With their high tech equipment, the procedures were most efficient. I have to say, I was very impressed and want to thank them for all they did. I guarantee that I will come back.

Family Dental is a good name. Because the staff welcomes you once you walk in the door and gives you a tour of the place. (Love it), you don’t get that any where else. One of the best dental services my family and I have had in years. All staff from front desk to Dr. Arthur's are kind and caring. They are tentative and addressed all our dental need and most importantly they prayed for my husband when he was I'll. I went in same day as I called for my 5 year olds dental emergency. Friendly greeting and wonderful staff. Veey happy with experience. You can always keep an I on your child unlike other places.
I have a great dental hygienist (Stephanie). I have always been terrified of dentists or getting my teeth cleaned, since I had bad experiences when I was a little girl. They take great care to make sure I’m comfortable and not to cause me any pain. I have not needed to see the dentist (dr. Arthur) very often, but the times I have, he also listened, made sure I wasn’t in pain and took his time. I have also had to have some shots and they didn’t hurt, which is one of my fears. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I have not been to dentist in 8 years plus because I have had the worst experiences with the dentist. But after coming here, I have less anxiety. Thank you staff for making me feel at ease and welcoming my family. Me plus all the Joseph's. Lol
Very good care. The dental hygienists is very good at what she does. Very personable. Dr. Arthur and staff are very good and carrying Excellent place to have your dental work done.
