I have been living here since the complex opened in summer of 2018, If I would’ve known how incredibly unprofessional and rude the staff is I would have never signed a lease. It has been almost 2 years now I have been living here and every month I find a reason to not recommend this place to anyone, they try to make themselves seem so college friendly but the price you are paying is in no college students budget and is not worth your money. The old management made a mistake by moving me out of apartment in the system(I’ve lived in my same apartment since July 2018) and didn’t tell me about it. Well apparently there is fee to move to a different apartment in legends complex, then daily fees. Again no one told me about this mistake, so I’ve been racking up fees unknowingly for 2 months and now they want me to pay $350 or they want to evict me. Blasphemous
They never came a cleaned my daughters apt. After construction, she had no water pressure in her kitchen! Her apt. was never fully furnished as promised! The grounds around the property are full of weeds and trash. The staff bullied her when she requested things to be maintained! We paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be a nice place to Live and it was not worth the money!
As a mom, I love ALL of the safety features. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and professional. I feel very comfortable signing the lease for my daughter.
I took my son to look at the property, the staff was incredibly rude, they acted like we we're infringing on their time. Starting out in this manner is unaceptable!! We definitely will NOT be renting from them!!
So excited to move in, in the fall! Everyone that works there is so nice and professional! When touring, it looks like it will be amazing! The thing I’m most excited about is having a washer and dryer in my apartment!! Can’t wait till August!

WOWWWWWW let me tell y’all this, their complex is GORGEOUS!!! I went in for a tour and was warm welcomed by the staff of legends canyon, they made me feel so happy and as if they already knew me. The amenities, rooms, grounds, modernization and future of this complex is what got me so very very excited. NOTHING in Canyon Tx compares to Legends Canyon!! I cannot wait to live here!!!
