RecommendedLegends at Canyon is a wonderful place to call home. The facilities are brand new and provide a college student like myself everything I need to succeed while still having a unique place to call home.
I love legends! The facilities are so nice and new. The staff is always helpful. And the location to school is great. I’m so happy I get to call this place home!
Legends Canyon has some of the best apartments in the area. It’s a perfect fit for any one looking to get acquainted to the panhandle experience!

Definitely do NOT recommend living here. The current rating of Legends doesn't seem bad, but if you notice, all the 5-star ratings were given before or right around the time the complex first opened because they gave incentives for giving them a 5-star review. However, all the reviews given after people have actually spent time living there are "do not recommend" for a variety of valid reasons. Overall, my stay here was quite nice. However, the longer I lived here, the more I’ve seen that the management is awful when it comes to communication. The first instance happened when I was almost fined due to a noise complaint caused from plumbing issues. For months, I had assumed that the problem was fixed, and one day, I got a warning. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve lived here for about 9 months, and it was good until October. Then I started having maintenance issues and while I persistently called them about it, they never fixed it. The noise comes from the pipes in the walls and it keeps me up at night- even with ear plugs. I have a countdown on my phone for when my lease ends- I can’t wait to move out. For the price that I pay for rent each month and how it’s newly constructed, I shouldn’t have to be putting up with it. My dorm was better than this. Seriously.
