They are deceitful--trying to charge my daughter with damages 11.5 months after she moved out and sending it to collections because THEY failed to inspect her apartment within 30 days of move-out, per Texas law and their lease. They sent her a $0 owed bill 3 days after she moved out and then a new bill 11.5 months later. Don't accept charges from them after 30 days--it's illegal! Our lawyer will be talking to them soon if they don't clean up their act quickly.

Legends has an amazing community along with staff. There are so many perks to living at legends. You can get the privacy you need while still being close to the university and being surrounded by your peers. Big shout out the the amazing welcoming staff for making legendd feel like home.
The apartment is mostly clean and the apartment is spacious!
It was a pretty nice pool!!👍🏽
