RecommendedPamela really made the move in process super easy! she always answered our questions and was quick to respond! Lynn has also been great in helping with all of our questions and concerns after move in! They are great at making sure each resident is happy and taken care of!
RecommendedWe've lived here for a year and a half and love it. The apartment layouts are great and spacious and the community is beautiful! We love using the amenities and we walk the paths around the community multiple times a day. The staff is friendly, fun and helpful, we have never had a bad experience with anyone. I will point out that Madeline and Robert are both top knotch people though and are so friendly each time you see them around. we love Cape House!

They use electronic keys and my expired before my lease was up and I was locked out.This was 1:30 am so I had to call the emergency number to get it unlocked. They charged me $150 for the service call and won't wave it. I have been there for 2 years and never had a previous lock out.Also, there is not enough parking. If you are not home by 6 PM you will not be able to find a parking place. Oh, did I mention that there are no reserved parking spaces, unless you rent a garage… See more

Your renewal offer letter explains that key fobs must be renewed each year prior to your lease expiring. We also sent you an email on April 15th and again on May 14th as a friendly reminder stating that you should bring your keys in no later than May 31st for reprogramming. RecommendedI just recently moved into Somerset Park and I have to say I love my townhome. It is so cute! I love the private balcony. The staff was super nice. I had a minor issue on working the microwave, but they quickly sent a maintenance guy over to assist me!

RecommendedSince I been here for the last 6 months it’s been a cool place to stay. The office staff are cool and since I been here they addressed any questions or any work orders I’ve put in. The maintenance staff have always taken care of business if I had any maintenance issues. It’s a cool place to live.

RecommendedHighly recommend Somerset Park Apartments! I’ve lived here before my lease now and the prices they have for a 2 bed 2 bath are unbeatable! By far the best prices you can get around, especially in a good area that’s close to everything! Even have washer and dryer hookups!! And they now have became a gated community which I love! The office staff is always super welcoming and helpful! 10/10 recommend
