No respect for tenants. No FREEDOM for the paying tenants. Tenants have no RIGHTS. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Numerous other things have taken place prior to this. Addendums added to your lease that you are forced to sign. Parking is very limited and people have no respect for what you have worked hard for. We have lived here for one week and are very happy. The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and features lots of upgrades like soaking tubs, walk in closets and granite countertops. Due to Covid 19 we had to handle all our paperwork and tours without a leasing agent. This process was very easy and Jaclyn was helpful throughout.

We had a great tour yesterday with Jaclyn- Sharing lots of good information and tips, and it’s a very nice looking apartment/resort style complex!
So far we have been here a year and we were actually the very first residents to move in. We chose one of the cottage apartments above the garages and rented two of the three garages below us. We have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Jerri, Dawn, Carroll and Kevin have been fantastic for everything we’ve asked for or needed. The amenities are great!
