We lived at Washington Square Apartments for 16 months. The property was very nice and the Legend staff was always polite and accommodating. Any concerns or questions were always handled promptly. In March, Mackenzie notified us that a unit was becoming available at Montgomery Lofts, which was our first choice but nothing was available earlier. We viewed the property and decided to take it. I've had a rough dew months and had to travel a lot due to family issues and I had never had a leasing company more understanding than this. I can email Mackenzie our manager and get an answer within minutes, being so far from home this company has made it easy for us to make a home here as well and this will be our 2nd year with them as we will renew our lease for sure!!!!
I toured several different apts with legend and I love my experience with them. I do hate that their units are rented out as soon as they are on the market they're taken back out. But overall if I could afford to stay there I would.
I love my leasing agent Stacy and the maintenance ppl are the best. I love Legend so far so good

I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT MY NICE 2 BEDROOM LOFT LOCATED IN THE SIMON CYCLE BUILDING, BUT I KNOW WHATEVER I SAY WILL BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT :-)!!! ITS QUIET, COMFORTING, AND SPACIOUS....ITS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING WITH SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE! YOU FEEL LIKE YOURE IN YOUR OWN WORLD! LEGEND PROPERTY GROUP IS THE ONLY REALTOR GROUP THAT IS VERY EAGER TO HELP YOU FIND THE PLACE THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS...I FELL IN LOVE AS SOON AS I STEPPED FOOT INSIDE THE DOOR AND IM SURE YOU WILL AS WELL!!!!
