I live in 8th and Main. It's pretty nice. It does have a problem with a constant drip sound in some apartments that cannot get fixed. Also, the walls (and floors) are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbors. Other than that it's ok. The property management is nice and the maintenance is quick.
I live at 4n4 Midtown and I love it. All utilities are included and maintenance is ALWAYS there when you call. The property manager is prompt and follows up. It's a quiet and cozy unit. I recommend this place!
I have been dealing with Legend Property Group for 3 years and I have been quite satisfied with their properties I have lived in and their staff especially Sally is excellent in getting things done. I have recommended people to look into this group for affordable downtown housing. Thanks guys.
