Currently renting from the Brightleaf Building in Norfolk, VA. If all of their properties are ran the way the property manager Crystal, manages this one, I am not shocked that they have such a low rating. I think those who are higher up need to start making personal trips to your locations and see how bad things are. I personally watched an employee go and get beer and come back in the company car and lounge at the pool for hours and then get back in the company car and drive away. Have pictures as well. I really like living in Cary Street Station. I’ve had good experiences with staff, maintenance, and amenities so far.
It was nice when we moved into The Lofts @One Eleven but then .... 2 years later. The staff is very unfriendly and have no inclination to be your advocate, not concerned with retention nor about maintaining there interests with sub stainable clients rather there property. You will be just another schmuck for them to collect rent from. In other words, they care about getting your money but not making you a happy resident or wanting to stay there as your home.
I have rented with Legend for 2 years now and never have had any problems! I was even able to move from one Legend property to another while my lease was still good. My ex and I had a really bad break up and Legend helped me a lot. My maintenance requests have always been handled the day of or the very next day. I love that my rent pays all of my utilities for the month.
As a resident at The Seaboard Building I’m extremely disappointed the the management and maintenance of this property! The elevator is going on week 3 of being broken! I called the manager and even spoke with an area manager Marcy who blatantly lied to me by telling me that the repair techs were at the property and weren’t leaving until the issue was resolved yet they left and the elevator is still broke! I have mixed feelings about this apartment. We have a wonderful property manager, Shiela Hall; and great amenities and all utilities included at a reasonably priced range. However, something about the building that is robbing every tenant's joy is the elevator breaking. Ours at 1 high street is have been out for a whole week. Tenants on 3rd floor and higher with kids or groceries had made up thier mind to leave. legend property group is fucking joke. First off Brenda is the rudest unorganized property manager i have ever come across. We luved in 113 in Washington square were we had a leak for 8 months. My whole family was sick and made multiple trips to the ER for mold poisioning. Legend property Group did not care. We had to replace furniture and carpet over their negligence. Once again they did not care. I have lost hearing over the mold issue and everything. DO NOT DO BUISSINESS WITH THESE IGGNORANT ASS FOOLS.
I have had a great experience with Legend Property Group. The apartments are spacious and modern. On the rare occasion I have any issues, the staff is prompt with providing a solution. They always keep us up to date on announcements, gatherings, and general maintenance happenings around the complex. The rooftop pool and the gym are also great amenities to enjoy at this location! I would highly recommend!
