I've been a patient for over a decade and appointments run on time by a genuinely welcoming team. Appointments running on time are a true indicator of the respect for patients that is virtually unheard of within practices. And their hearts are worn in their sleeves making it a comfortable atmosphere to head to.
I am like most people and hate to go to the dentist, so much so that I put it off for longer than I should. I have had several dentists in the DFW area and haven't found one that makes me feel comfortable, so I've broken up with all of them. Legacy Smiles has a very pleasant and highly efficient staff. With appointments as early as 7:30, their availability is very accommodating. The dental hygienists are very are highly capable and Dr. Edmunds is an extremely competent Dentist who has been able to deal with all the challenges my family and I have visited him with.
I have been a customer for 10 years. My wife changed on my recommendations an so did my in-laws. Dr. Edmund's satisfies the five "A" tests for a medical provider: available, accessible, affable, affordable and accountable. Give his office a try.
My last visit was cleaning of my teeth. They used a new process which was different then what I was used too. Loved it very much, didn't hurt at all and was very quick. Thank you Legacy Smiles!
I am one of those patients that HATE going to the Dentist but Dr Edmunds and his staff always do a great job of listening to my concerns and put me at ease. I also had an experience several years ago in which my front tooth broke on a Friday in which the office was closed and not to open till Monday. I was in a panic as it looked horrible and didnt want to go over the weekend with a snagged tooth! I called the office and left a VM asking if they could give me a "weekend" referral.
