I was referred to Legacy Smiles by a coworker 3 years ago and I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit to the office. The front desk staff is always so curtious when making my appointment and I love the toothbrush kit I receive when I leave a cleaning! Dr. Edmunds office does thorough cleanings, set me up with whitening trays, fixed my chipped tooth and reset my permeanant retainer multiple times. I know live in Dallas and still make the 45 minute trek to come to this office because the staff is so amazing!
We love Legacy Smiles. All of the staff are friendly and the dental hygienists, along with Dr. Edmunds, are very knowledgeable and great at putting our children at ease. My son was actually smiling while he was having his teeth pulled. We highly recommend Legacy Smiles!
Everyone in the practice is professional and welcoming. Dr. Edmonds even met my wife on a Saturday to fix a crown that had come loose. They work with us on payments if needed and accept our insurance. I have never felt they were just trying to sell me something. First class outfit.
I'd dropped the ball when it came to visiting Dr. Edmunds. I never got "the lecture" about coming every 6 months. Morgan did a A+ job on my cleaning. She explained everything she was doing and when she saw a issue gave a solution. Receptionist worked to fit me in at the last minute. Definitely my long term dentist.
