Definitely do not recommend, this place is way overpriced for the area and quality. Management is awful. Maintenance is even worst. They went into my unit without any notice and went though my closet. They took the plastic off brand new canvases and drew on them. They left dip spit bottles laying around, and left my water running. Horrible place to live.
These apartments are the worst apartments I have ever lived in in my life! I lived here for two months and moved out due to mold in my apartment and also the office and maintenance staff are horrible!! I ended up getting the county involved and they came out and inspected my apartment as well. I don’t ever recommend this property. Also for the price of monthly rent they want and they can’t even do there job to keep them up they are crazy as hell!
Came home from work on a Saturday after hours and my a/c had went out. Called the maintenance after hours and within 15 minutes he came and fixed the a/c! Definitely impressed with the quickness and friendliness!
The outside of the apartments look great. The overgrown empty lot next door does not. The apartments are good size which is good, because it gives the elephants up stairs plenty of room to move around until 2 or 3 in the morning every night. Maintenance is pretty quick. Which is good because the drains stop up all the time.
I absolutely love living here. Everyone is very friendly. There are many amenities. The apartments are nice. The exterior of the complex is beautiful. Kathy and Sue are exceptional! I would recommend them to anybody. I have lived here almost 2 years now and I'm proud to call this place my home
