Parking ia an issue weekends are very noisy no security but so far its been alright
I love living here! I've had no issues with maintenance. Everytime I call they have come right out. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful and it is a nice quiet neighborhood. I love the building I am in I know all of my neighbors by name, and I know all of the cars that they drive. So its good to know that the turnover isn't constant. I am praying I find a roommate so that I can stay here for even longer!
Right now very frustrated about the parking problem. Can't seem to ever find a parking spot in front of my building because of vehicles that do not operate and inconsiderate neighbors.
Love this place and all the people I have met here are wonderful.
I love living here everyone is friendly and the staff is great if something needs to be fix the maintenance guys get it done. I moved here from Syracuse NY in Dec and they made me feel welcome when I got here. I am very happy with my apartment and very glad my son and daughter-in-law found Legacy of Athens :).
