They stole my guarantee money when i left the apartment for painting purposes, whereas it was a normal usage.... And they do the check out at the last minute so it is almost impossible to complain.

You wanna pay $900.00 a month to live with roaches then move right in. Enjoy your roaches that NEVER gets sprayed for no matter how much you complain. Oh yea got a water leak. So what live with it and hope you don’t get mold spores soon.
Nice place to live! Nice pool, playground, dog park, and laundry mat all in a safe feeling community! Great location- minutes away from many local stores and restaurants. Happy with the new management and improvements! Would recommend! 😁

The complex staff are friendly and courteous. My family loves being able to use the gym and laundromat 24/ 7. The pool, gym, dog park, on site laundromat and grill area are just some of the great amenities of the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood even with all the families and student residents.
We live here and we will never recommend this place to any one we cant wait for our lease to be over wr have had nothing but problems our hot water tank has only one heating element working told the office they dont seem to care we have no electric in half of our apartment and our neighbors are the nosiest people ever CANT WAIT TO MOVE
