I’m writing this review based on the experience my brother in laws and their roommate are currently having at Legacy North Pointe, and I wouldn’t feel right not warning others. On April 11, 2025, they submitted their official Notice to Vacate for their unit, and the leasing office provided them with written confirmation that their move-out and lease end date would be May 2, 2025. Clean place. Quiet without the loud noises or people walking around. Close to eateries.
Very nice apartments love the set up.
Michael is wonderful! He never hesitated to help despite my thousand questions and help me sign my lease.
