DO not live here. Over priced and dirty. All of the appliances are old and the units are extremely outdated. Some of the units dont even have matching color appliances. There are other complexes that wont charge you 45+ dollars to rent old and used washer and dryer. I would suggest living else wear. The property manager has the worst attitude and won't even tell you her name on the phone. She just reads off a script or makes the other employees take responsibility. My stay started out okay, then as time progressed customer service became worse. At my move out I was charged a late fee for moving out early. I was told by a staff member said I could pay by the day until I left. My move out date was may 9th I was out by the 3rd with keys turned in. Manager stated I owe a late fee plus nine days instead of three. She was very rude and obnoxious and stated a notice sent that I never received until our conversation on may 7th. I’m writing this review based on the experience my brother in laws and their roommate are currently having at Legacy North Pointe, and I wouldn’t feel right not warning others. On April 11, 2025, they submitted their official Notice to Vacate for their unit, and the leasing office provided them with written confirmation that their move-out and lease end date would be May 2, 2025.
