so far dealing with Nissan has been a nightmare. I will never buy a Nissan again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. frist when I buy the SUV they insatled me by offer $1000 for my $6000 car which would not even tell me after asking 3 times what they are offering I only find out when they put the contract to me like they were hoping I would not notice the installing offer. 2 nd I wanted to pay cash put was told they would charge me $1000 for paying cash… See more

The service department is a SCAM! They offer you free oil changes but every time you get your “free” oil change they always throw in “you have to get this flushed or that replaced or the warranty will be void. This is a total scam!! Y’all got a full time job deleting all the negative comments. Thankfully you can’t delete reviews.
I bought a car from this place. Ask before I pulled off if the car had been wrecked. They said no. Had the car for about a week or 2. Open my trunk and water was standing it in. Took it to 2 different garage’s the whole drive side had been damaged. Took it back to them they took it to their garage they confirmed it had been wrecked. They wasn’t willing to fix it or make it right. So I wasn’t gonna pay over 4 hundred dollar car payment for it. Now it’s on my record as a repo.
Austin Gray deserves 10 stars!! Such a nice guy who goes above & beyond! Major thanks to Kevin for assisting with locating the car. And thanks to Shane for smooth financing & getting us outta there!! These guys cannot be beat!! Shane said I shouldn’t mention it, but I couldn’t resist! Well deserved compliment to a great team!! I came in today for an oil change. I always deal with Kenny Gilmore. in the service department.he has always been great. today he was telling me about what my car is due for. today he was telling me it was almost time to replace the battery in my key fob. actually I needed one for my other key fob. luckily I had two. he gave me a battery for my key fob. it's the little things like that ,that keep me coming back. he's always happy, smiling, and most of all helpful. thank you Kenny.
