Two hours after I left my pedicure on Saturday, I had a rash across both my feet, which turned scabbed over in several areas, including on the cuticles of both of my large toes, my ankles, and top of my left foot. An infection on the cuticle of my right second toe opened up into a large gash by Sunday, which I’ve had to bandage all week and is finally starting to heal. I have been going to Legacy for over 6 years and I would never want to go anywhere else to get my nails the way I like it done.
As a long time patron of this establishment, I will no longer refer anyone. I recently had booked an appointment with my husband for a Deluxe pedicure. From the moment I was seated, until the rude technician applied the first coat of polish - it was only 16 minutes! I had alerted staff mid-way through that I was unsatisfied, but management and owner refused to do anything. They claimed they would review cameras, etc. and call me back the next day.
