We’ve come here for the past few years and the nail service has always been good quality. Unfortunately on our past visit, they were incredibly behind on appointments, which ultimately ended in one of our party never receiving the service we made appointments for. Understandably, things happen, however it was handled incredibly poorly by the front desk workers. It was not communicated well, handled well, nor compensated in any means. I got my dip nails done. Not happy at all with the service. I could have done a better job at home
I just had my nails dipped and they turned out beautiful. Todd does a wonderful job and the employees at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly. I have never been disappointed with any of the services I have received at Legacy Nails & Spa.
I've been going to Legacy Nails & Spa for the last several years. They're great to work with! Kevin and his wife Julie are my go-to technicians. They're professional and do a fantastic job. The girls at the front desk are always polite and make you feel welcome every time you come in. If you haven't been there to try their services, I would suggest you put them on your calendar. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Clients were sitting 2-3 people next to each other. Another customer came in without a mask. Others had them around their chin or below their nose!! Never addressed by staff
I have been coming to Legacy Nails for years now, and they never fail to disappoint. Everytime I walk in, I am greeted by a friendly receptionist and the technicians are fabulous. I tell all my friends and family to come here! Love this place!!
