I came in for a dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure did not know how to do designs. He asked if I wanted a snow flake at the beginning of October? Then he proceeded to do what he thought was a feather and admitted he messed up but did not fix it. On my first ever dip powder manicure he didn’t clean up the cuticles or anything. He looked as if he had no idea what he was doing and kept looking at the girl next to him to see what he should do next. These nails were so thick and bulky. He had ... read more

I’ve been going to legacy for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed. My designs are always perfect and my nails are perfectly shaped. I will never go anywhere but here!! They are amazing and have an incredible amount of colors!! I’m extremely picky and they never let me leave unhappy!!

I go to Kevin and he does an excellent job. This Spa is clean and a safe place to be pampered. Everyone is very friendly. Thank you Kevin for your exceptional service.

My friend and I came in for pedicures. We had an appointment, hers started 10 or more minutes before mine. The woman who did mine caught up to her and did not do a good job. Will never go back, not paying for something I can do better at home.

Business response:

Jourdan, We are truly sorry for your experience here at Legacy Nails. We are in the process of training new receptionist, which is no excuse for their behavior so we will be speaking to them regarding the way they are taking care of business. We do guaranteed our nails, when you are unhappy with your nails we are more than willing to fix the work done by either a different technician or the one who had done them. Please give us a call at (402)933-7223 to speak with one of our managers to fix the work done.

I went to Legacy Nails today to try them out and get color ideas for my wedding. I was looking at colors and the guy gave me zero time. I told him that the dipping was uneven and thick. While filing he cut me 4 times with the drill. The manager was called over, I requested to have it taken off and she said it would hurt in the places he cut me so she tried to fix it. They only gave me $10.00 off my service and here I sit with cut cuticles.
