The grounds are beautiful but the customer service leaves much to be desired. A conference brought me to stay here and it was the first and last time. I injured my foot on a broken tub drain and ended up in an urgent care getting 13 stitches. I attempted to speak with the manager two times with no success. I was shocked with the lack of concern for me as an injured guest. The front desk clerk did bring me a bandaid and some gauze and the security guard offered to call 911 but that was it.
