Debra Cohen — 1 starI attended Winter Wonderland the last weekend of the event. Half the slides were closed, food concessions were closed and the Carnival was closed. None of this was communicated to me when I paid. I waited 45 minutes to check out of the gift shop because the young clerks were trying to ring up their own purchases and I had to wait wile one went to retrieve her credit card. Staff came off confused a lot of the time, but it's the holidays so I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Check-in guy training, didn't offer helpful info(needed to inquire) or guides to amenities. Directed us to their buffet as if it were our only dining options(35/person) for nothing great. Staff started arguing/debating about the ages kids eat free. Trolley ride for lights tour wasn't organized and trolley not best for viewing lights. I'd take car option if I came again. Hopefully the elves bedtime story is better than the ... read more
We have the junior suites. Junior is correct. Extremely small rooms, the ice machine didn't work on our floor. The vending machine didn't work on the 3rd or the 4th floor. And they have no accommodations after 10:30 at night!
Here on business but I will definitely return here just to vacation or for a ladies weekend trip...!!!
This has been a delightful venue. Courtney rocks that front desk. She has been uber helpful and responsive. Can't wait to bring my 13 year old son back here
