Our family reunion at the Lodge this weekend was wonderful. We rented villas, lake houses and lodge rooms. This place is beautiful, peaceful and the staff could not be more accommodating! Checking in was a breeze and the front desk folks were professional and polite. The bartenders and servers at the pool and Marqueritaville did a super job accommodating our family. We tried to stay here this week to celebrate my wife’s birthday but ended up disgusted and left early. Our first room sucked because of the loud as fridge and the people upstairs, not the resorts fault, it sounded like they were playing chess with the furniture. They offered to change our room, we actually ended up upgrading into a villa. We get to the villas and it’s super nice looking and all that, spacious with mad light. I made a mistake while booking and the amazing Rhonda at the front desk kept me calm and got her manager to help me resolve it. I'm a single mom who saved for months to be able to take my boys to the water park. she was so kind helping me and thanks to her we had an amazing day on the lake! Highly recommend for a family fun trip, my 10 and 12 year olds had a day they will never forget with Mom. the family fun package was worth every penny.

I highly recommend the lodge. The wings and fries at Bullfrog Bar & Grill are amazing.
Do not go during this Scamdemic. We stayed to have fun after the water park closed and we got to swim for an hour before they started kicking people out bc of "covid-19" I'm guessing the chlorine and dark brings it back to life
