RecommendedProfessional demeanor, knowledgeable, professional attire, more than one inspector on a house makes it go faster, e-mails reports to all involved in the transaction, doesn't "emotionalize" the inspection resulting in a scared buyer. Excellent, always!

These guys are the best in the business. They are always on time and professional. They walk You through all areas of the home and explain any defects. You get an itemized summary of all issues and major concerns are prioritized. I would only use Legacy when buying a home. The peace of mind they give you is worth every penny.
