Steve was recommended by our realtor. He scheduled promptly and arrived on time. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. His inspection report was detailed and very well prepared. His charges were more than reasonable for all the work he did and the time he put into the inspection. I highly recommend him.

They provided us with an inspection report that said they checked the gas HVAC unit and the safety switches were installed properly. A few months after purchasing the home our HVAC burst into flames. The fire department came out and told us the safety switches were all detached and we were lucky we didn't get hurt. Our home warranty company refused to cover it because the unit wasn't functioning properly without the safety switches. Legacy didn't offer to help us out with any of it.
