Good overall impressions. Everyone was extremely nice and communicated clearly. Treatment was very straightforward. It was my first visit to the office, but the appointment was very long (1 hour 40 minutes!), and I wish they had told me how much longer the first appointment would be.
Too many reminder text messages of upcoming appointment. One is enough.
