Quick and efficient staff and system. They are thorough and take time to sanitize in between patients. The staff take time to explain everything and I received a call with results quicker than expected. My insurance covered me, as far as I can tell. I’m very pleased!!
Y’all did a great job I am terrified of needles. But y’all made me comfortable during the procedure. Great job ... y’all kept me in stitches. Lol
From checking in at the parking lot to walking out the door, about 20 minutes. The professional care eased my anxiety from COVID-19 exposure, as I was there for an allergic reaction. Dr. Jason Phillips was great.

The staff is very kind and caring the minute you step in the door. The waiting room and patient rooms are very clean. I was there recently during the Covid 19 pandemic with a loved one and the staff went above and beyond to keep me informed. They also followed up to check on us. Thank you Jason Phillips MD and staff!
Very good experience. Was able to drive up and check in from my car so I wouldn’t be exposed to COVID. I was assessed by a nurse outside as well and FaceTime with the doctor through their iPad. The experience was very efficient and I was diagnosed correctly and got the prescriptions needed. Thank you for making this as safe and easy as possible during this time!
I am eternally grateful for the care I received while at Legacy ER & Urgent Care. I am grateful for the male nurse on duty Weds after noon around 4 pm, my apologies but I don't recall his name. But his tenacity and passion for making sure I was thoroughly examined and card for put my mind at ease.
