RecommendedI arrived at this facility without an appt. but didn’t have to wait too long. I was diagnosed quickly and treatment was provided. Everyone was extremely pleasant, respectful and kind. The facility was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this facility.
RecommendedWhen I walked in they treated me kind with respect even once they found out that I did not have insurance. They took very good care of me they made sure that I was not in grave danger. They talked to me and listened to what I was saying. I was having chest pain. Nausea and blood pressure elevated they were very concerned and made sure I understood what was happening I trust there expertise to the fullest. RecommendedThe Entire Staff at Legacy ER & Urgent Care IS Wonderful - Caring, Competent, Helpful, Knowledgable and Professional!!! I was in and out, after being diagnosed with flu, in time to pick up the medications prescribed before the Pharmacy I needed to go to closed at 9:00 P.M. And, I was able to start the meds in a Very, VERY TIMELY MANNER!!! Than YOU!!!:-)

RecommendedMy 6 month old son was not feeling well and was coughing and had tons of mucus discharge... I live in the Preston Hollow area so I first went to Medical City’s ER which had a huge wait time and it was already past midnight on 12/7/19. My parents live right next to the Legacy ER in Allen and so my dad suggested to go there.
